Existing Residential – Cheap with the tide coming in.

This project holds both sentiment and sadness for me, as it was my Mum and Dads final home which I inherited when they passed (way too young, which is why I now play with my family and the waves whenever I can). The original plans were to sell the home, as they’d lived in many homes during their lives (Dad was part gypsy Mum said). So a cash up would clear all debts etc., but if you believe in such things as fate, after contracting the home the buyers pulled out. The next night I was at the house and had a strange feeling, and I just couldn’t bring myself to sell it. Post-cosmetic renovation and large emotional clean out of the home, spending about $30k, we added around $100k in value. It now rents very well every time. RIP Mum & Dad x
