 Bargara is a beautiful little coastal town of Bundaberg and this site is in the southern expansion, located just 4 roofs from the ocean. Housing demand is always increasing in climate corridors, but the employment prospects in the region hold this at a slow pace. This site was the commercial balance parcel of a residential housing development completed in the years prior to our purchase. Purchased for the opportunity to build the adjoining Baraga Lakes Tavern, once designed we were eventually able to convince the local council there was no additional commercial need for shops in the area and that the balance land area could accommodate some additional residential home.
