Emporio is the Sunshine Coast’s only true mixed-use development, featuring a blend of apartment living, office space, restaurants and cafes in the heart of Maroochydore. The development currently features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with quality finishes, designer kitchens and expansive balconies. Exceptional facilities for residents also include a theatre, gym, podium-top heated lap pool and recreational BBQ area.

While Stage One of this project was completed in May 2012 and Stage Two was completed in 2014, further stages will be rolled out in future years. Once the complex is complete, it will incorporate seven individual buildings based around a street called Emporio Place. When the project was completed in 2014, the project value was approximately $51M, which was comprised of 137 apartments with over 580m2 of retail space and 3900m2 of commercial space.
