National Award-Winning Display Home – Canal front, 5 Bed, 3 Bath, DLUG and Huge Yard.

Marketing a building company can take many forms, and one of the most tried and true methods is ‘Display Homes’ or ‘Display Villages’ as they have become now. The logic is simple; build it and they will come, plus most people whether they’re owner occupiers or Investors, are unable to picture a floor plan and therefore struggle to envisage what a home would like from design right down to colours. Display homes help to achieve this, but also build credibility on workmanship and provide a nice sales process environment. This home was most pleasingly the winner of the 2010 Master Builders Australian Award, Individual Home $751,000 - $1 million, and utilised as a display home for two years before being sold to an owner occupier. There wasn’t the 1=1 =2.2 profit method at play here, but profitable success was measured in the number of clients secured for the building company.
