The summary of my residential projects was originally intended to explain the characteristics of each project, its challenges, lessons and the results – triumphs, if you like. However, as each project carries a tale and its own set of lessons, it evolved into more of a story. Truth be told, despite the trials and tribulations in my life, I find it therapeutic to document my life’s work. Perhaps more than that though, I saw an opportunity to leave some of my story for my children. 

Both of my parents passed away at just on 60 years of age. I’m now 44 as I write this, so I don’t know how much time I have and I see this as an opportunity to share the skills and outlook I’ve learned in the world of property. The good, the really good, the bad and the ugly.
