This is the Bric-a-Brac section. Projects perhaps too small to warrant a full write up or short story you might find interesting enough (at least for now) but to ignore much of the work competed in commercial consulting and agency is to ignore my ground roots understanding of how property operates. It was practical apprenticeship meets an undergraduate university degree.

In some, I leased or sold vital parts (two of the most vital and overlooked parts in a successful project) but I always watched and learned something.
